On arrival, you will receive a warm and friendly welcome by an Elevate DMC Representative for a seamless check-in and directed to your transfer vehicle.
For your return journey, your driver will meet you at your hotel and take you back to the airport.
All passengers using this transfer must be traveling on the same itinerary (dates & flight) and staying at the same hotel.
At the time of purchase, reservations are confirmed electronically with Elevate DMC. While you will not receive a voucher for this purchase, your confirmation will appear on your official trip itinerary. It is important that you carefully review your travel documents for instructions on how to reach your Elevate DMC Representative.
Follow the exit signs to the arrival hall and look for the Elevate DMC Representative wearing an orange shirt and carrying a sign with your name.
Your Elevate DMC Representative will warmly welcome you, assist with check-in, and escort you to the parking area to your transfer vehicle. Should you have trouble finding your representative, promptly contact the Elevate DMC office. If any luggage delays occur, designate one individual from your group to inform your representative outside or reach out to Elevate DMC directly.
If you provided your contact details at the time of booking, you will be contacted by an Elevate DMC representative approximately 24 hours before your scheduled departure to provide you the departure transfer details.
If you did not provide your contact details or did not receive a message you MUST call Elevate DMC 24-48 hours prior to your schedule departure to obtain your return transfer details. Ensure you're checked out and at your designated pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Failure to do so will be considered a no-show, and rescheduling or refunds will not be accommodated. If you're unable to find your driver, promptly contact the Elevate DMC.
In the rare instance of a deviation from your initially scheduled arrival or departure flight, it is imperative to contact Elevate DMC promptly.
Elevate DMC requires notification of any deviation at least 2 hours before the original arrival or departure flight time to ensure the guarantee of transfer service. Failing to notify Elevate DMC will incur a 100% penalty, and rescheduling or refunds will not be facilitated.

This vehicle can only accommodate 2 suitcases. Those carrying extra luggage must book a larger size vehicle.
