Pre-Registration Form: Best of Southern Thailand Island Hopping

Thank you for your interest in our Small Group Journey - Best of Southern Thailand Island Hopping: January 17 - 28, 2025! 

Completion of the following secure form is the first step to reserving your space in the Best of Southern Thailand Island Hopping journey.  If you are reserving space for more than one person, please start a new form after completing this form.  One form per person/passport.  

We require a minimum of 10 passengers for the trip to be confirmed and we will advise you as soon as that happens. Please do not reserve airfare or travel arrangements that cannot be changed, until the Best of Southern Thailand Island Hopping has been confirmed. 

In the rare event that the trip does not have enough people and we need to cancel, any deposits paid on this trip will be fully refundable. 

This form is fully secure and encrypted. This ensures the safety of your private information. 

Upon receipt of your completed form, I (Shawna) will be in touch with you by phone or email to discuss the next steps, take your credit card information for the deposit and to answer any of your questions. Please note that your space is NOT confirmed until the deposit has been secured, however we reach out to our guests in the order that we receive the forms.
