Following this form, you will select your cabin preference and authorize the payments for the retreat fee and your cabin.
- The retreat fee is $500 USD per person.
- Cabin pricing varies from $2,865 USD to $1,820 USD depending on the cabin selected. We have limited cabin inventory on hold for this event.
Names must match the identification document you’ll use for travel, either a valid passport or government-issued ID. If you don’t have a passport yet, you may submit a driver’s license now and provide the passport later. All travelers are personally verified to ensure accurate and secure bookings.

**NOTE: If you are in the process of applying for a passport or need to renew your passport, you may include a picture of your current passport or drivers license. However, your passport MUST match your reservation details in order to travel. If it does not, there may be change fees incurred to update your booking.

If you're traveling solo but would like to share a cabin, we offer optional roommate matching based on guest preferences and availability.
We understand that sharing a cabin with someone new can feel vulnerable. All roommate matches are made with care, and preferences are used as a guide to support compatibility and comfort. That said, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit, and we encourage open communication and flexibility. Your emotional and physical well-being matters, and we’re here to support you throughout the experience.
