Please recognize that I custom build every vacation proposal to fit your individual family's needs and wants.

My process is as follows:

1. I will respond to you within 24 hours with any follow-up questions I may have.
2. I will send you a proposal within 48 hours. If I need more time, I will let you know.
3. Please respond to let me know you received my quote. This let's me know it did not go to spam.
4. If I do not hear back from you within 3 days, I will follow up with a text message or email. If you do not respond within one week of the original quote being sent, I will follow up to inform you I will be archiving your proposal, which means you will no longer be able to access it.

If you need more time and want to keep your proposal open, please let me know.

If you are no longer interested at any point in time, please let me know as soon as possible.

I know vacations can be costly and are a big commitment, and I know life is busy! I will never pressure you to book, but I just ask that you are responsive and honest in our communications as I quote and assist you in planning.

I understand that responsiveness on my part is required.
