Pre-Cruise Hotel/Pre-Post Transportation/Flights

To make your trip as smooth as possible, I can assist with hotel, flight, and transportation planning. Hotel options have already been selected for this group, and you are welcome to choose one of these or I can help you find another property that better fits your preferences. I strongly recommend a pre-cruise stay so that any flight delays on your travel day do not disrupt your ability to board. Events in Vancouver are also impacting hotel availability downtown, so booking early is important.

While I do not book flights directly, I am happy to help you research options and determine the best times to fly in and out based on the cruise schedule. I can also help arrange pre-cruise transportation between the airport, hotel, and port. If you prefer, you are free to arrange this on your own or use ride-share services or public transportation.

Please note that if you choose to book your own hotel or fly in on the day of embarkation, I cannot be held responsible for flight delays or travel disruptions that could result in missing the ship.

After your deposit is made, you may choose how you would like to pay the remaining balance:

  • Pay in full by the final payment date
  • Make flexible partial payments at your convenience
  • Set up equal installments on a monthly or bi-monthly schedule

Travel Protection Information

Travel insurance is highly recommended for every traveler. Unexpected events such as flight delays, lost luggage, trip cancellations, or medical emergencies can occur, and having travel protection provides peace of mind and financial security if plans change unexpectedly.

Once your itinerary has been selected and your deposit has been made, I will provide insurance options within 48 hours for your review. You will then need to make a choice to accept the recommended coverage, decline coverage, or select a different policy on your own.

Please note that the responsibility for this decision rests with you as the traveler.
