When you retain World Is My Passport, Inc. to help plan your travel, you're hiring a professional travel advisor to ensure that your trip is tailored to your taste, preferences, and budget. You get the benefit of our skill, experience and training, our professional relationships, and our industry connections. Our Professional Services Fee covers your consultation, our research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and follow-up post-trip with suppliers (as needed).

Concierge Care, Planning & Research Fee Agreement

This agreement outlines the Signature Concierge Care, Planning & Research Fee and the services that are included in the price.

The Signature Concierge Care, Planning & Research Fee is determined based on the complexity of your trip and is charged per person. The price for this service for your trip is $200 per person and includes the following:

For each traveler, the Signature Concierge Care, Planning & Research Fee covers the following services:

• Trip Proposal: One comprehensive proposal for accommodations or cruises based on your preferences.
• Itinerary Adjustments: One major itinerary change after the proposal is delivered.
• Travel Insurance Quote: A personalized travel insurance quote tailored to your needs and trip details.
• Flight Research and Booking: Assistance in researching and booking your flights, ensuring the best options for your itinerary.
• Complete Itinerary Details: Coordination and inclusion of all essential elements in your itinerary, such as:

  • Transportation (e.g., airport transfers, car rentals)
  • Tours and Excursions
  • Wellness Services (e.g., spa treatments, yoga sessions)
  • Dining Reservations
  • Tickets for events, attractions, etc.
  • Exclusive VIP Perks (special access, upgrades, etc.)
• 24/7 Concierge Support: Ongoing support during your trip, available for any needs, questions, or emergencies you may have.

Samantha Barth will be on-site for this hosted Mediterranean trip to assist clients through every step and ensure they have the best possible vacation. This service is included in the $200 per person fee above.

• The Signature Concierge Care, Planning & Research Fee is due at the time of agreement acceptance.
• The final fee will be calculated based on the complexity and specific needs of your trip and is subject to change.

Please note that this fee is non-refundable once the invoice has been paid.

Emergencies can arise unexpectedly, and it is essential to protect your investment in your travels. World Is My Passport, Inc. requires all participants in this group trip to purchase a travel insurance policy to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances.

Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators often impose high penalties for cancellations, which can range from the full deposit to no refund at all. Furthermore, most health insurance policies do not provide coverage when traveling outside of the country. Travel insurance is crucial for protecting against Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, Emergency Medical Transportation, and other potential issues that may arise during your trip.

To ensure full coverage, including for pre-existing conditions or supplier defaults, it is necessary that your policy be purchased at the time of booking or shortly thereafter (depending on the terms of the policy). While World Is My Passport, Inc. is not a licensed insurance agent and cannot provide specific advice, we are happy to secure a quote for you upon request. If we are unable to secure coverage on your behalf, we strongly recommend that you purchase a policy independently.
