Group Travel Planning take a great deal of time and work. Our agency works with the best of the best preferred travel suppliers to customize the best travel experience to meet your travel needs and fit your budget. To book a group you must have a minimum of 10 rooms for a resort or 10 cabins for a cruise. We have payment arrangements when you book at least 8 months in advance. In order for us to make sure we understand what you need for your travel plans, please take a few moments to complete our Group Travel Questionnaire. Please provide as much details as you can, as that will help us perfectly customize the travel experience for you and your group. A research fee is REQUIRED in order to proceed with receiving a travel proposal. Because travel is on the rise and time is of essence, we are not able to just give out proposals for free. We research the best packages for what you are looking for and give you the best customer service we can give. We take the booking process off of your shoulders and make sure we are your mouthpiece for you to our vendors. The fee covers the time involved in researching and creating a highly customized travel experience for you and your group. This is a non-refundable fee, and it is separated from the total cost of your trip and must be paid prior to any travel planning, research, booking or additional consulting services take place. Once you have completed the request, you will receive a complimentary consultation, at that time your fee will be discussed. We look forward to speaking with you.
