To ensure we create a truly personalized travel experience, please take a few moments to complete the following Traveler Profile form as thoroughly as possible. Your responses help us design and plan every detail—from transportation and accommodations to activities and special touches—so you can enjoy a stress-free and memorable getaway. The LHWT traveler profile is NOT trip specific. You can login at any time and update your preferences.

🛂 Important Note: For any international or air travel, you must use your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport (or government-issued ID for domestic trips). This is required by airlines, cruise lines, and tour companies, and using a nickname or shortened version could lead to booking errors or extra fees.

🛂Immigration/VISA: Some destinations have specific VISA requirements which MUST be completed PRIOR to arrival. Your Travel Designer will provide information about any special visa requirements for your destination in your digital itinerary. It is the traveler's responsibility to complete and submit as well as pay any fees associated with the visa as REQUIRED by the destination.
