Cerenity Vacations Travel Company provides travel planning services for the fees listed below:

Service Fee Structure 

Passport Assistance Fee: [ $00.00 ]
Initial Consultation Fee: [ $00.00 ]
Research Fee (for trips planned and not booked) : [ $75.00 ]
Wholesale Service Fee: [ 10% ]
Domestic Air Ticketing Fee, per person: [ 10% ]
International Air Ticketing Fee, per person: [15% ]
Frequent Flyer/ Award Booking Fee, per person: [ 5% ]
Change Fee: [ $100 ]
Trip Cancellation Fee: [ $150, or 20% of entire cost of trip, in addition to supplier penalties] 

By continuing, I understand and accept for myself and the travelers included in my party Cerenity Vacation's Fee Structure. I acknowledge and accept there are [cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services].

I agree to all fees such as cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties, and understand that un-used portions of travel vouchers are non-refundable. I also understand these fees are separate from the cost of my trip.

Once the fee is paid in full, Cerenity Vacations Travel Company will secure and confirm travel arrangements as agreed. This fee is separate from the cost of your trip and is nonrefundable.
