- If your billing address is outside the U.S., please notify your bank—charges process in USD

Please note: Your final per-person price depends on how many bookish heroines join the escape—the more sign-ups, the lower the rate. We expect this tour to fill quickly, so lock in your spot with a $250 per-person deposit (or $500 per twin room) to guarantee your place (and best possible price).
Below are sample payment plans under two scenarios. Your exact schedule will be updated once the final headcount is locked in (95 days before departure):

- One-Time Payment: Pay the entire remaining balance in a single transaction by June 17, 2026.
- Monthly Installments: 12 equal payments (Remaining Balance ÷ 12).
- Every-Other-Month Installments: 6 payments every two months (Remaining Balance ÷ 6).
Once your deposit is received, we’ll confirm your spot, estimate your per-person rate based on current sign-ups, and send you a personalized schedule with exact amounts and due dates.

Booking Deposit
- A non-refundable $250 per person deposit (or $500 per twin room) is required to hold your spot.
Final Balance
- The remaining balance is due by June 17, 2026.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel more than 95 days before departure: forfeiture of deposit only.
- Cancel 94–30 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost.
- Cancel less than 30 days before departure: no refund.
