Serenova Cruise Vacations & Travel Service Fees and Cancellation agreement

To begin work on planning your trip, an initial non-refundable planning fee of $175.00 is required. Once fee is paid in full, Serenova Cruise Vacations & Travel will secure and confirm travel arrangements as discussed and agreed upon. This $175.00 fee is separate from the cost of your trip. A deposit must be applied within 30 days upon receiving initial quote (3 quote maximum) to secure the booking. Any initial deposits applied outside of the 30 days may be subject to an additional planning fee.
