During our consultation, we will:

• Dive into the details of your dream vacation to craft a personalized experience. We work closely with our clients to ensure every aspect of the trip meets your expectations.
• Discuss our role as your travel concierge, including the Concierge Care services, research, and planning fees, and everything included in our high-touch service.

Consultations typically last between 30-45 minutes, depending on the complexity of the trip.

After our call, we'll send a follow-up email summarizing our discussion.

You'll have the opportunity to engage our services if you'd like to proceed, with the understanding that a deposit will be required within 3-5 days of receiving your initial proposal.
