Safari budgets are set per person, per day. How much are you comfortable spending for your safari (excluding flights)? Keep in mind that once you are on safari, meals and touring are included. Pricing varies by season, location, and exclusivity of the lodges.

$500-$1,000 per person per day (this price point will likely be part of a small group tour and not private)

$1,000-$1,200 per person per day (private, moderate level safari)

$1,200-$1,800 per person per day (private, premium level safari)

$2,000-$3,000 per person per day (private, luxury level safari)

$3,000+ per person per day (private, ultra-luxe level safari)

Who is traveling with you - please list names (and birthdays if you are a new client - this allows us to hold potentially hold elements of your trip while researching). New clients will receive an additional form later in the process to capture all traveler details which we will be able to reference for future trips.

Does everyone have a valid passport? (Go check, please don't rely on memory - you'd be surprised how many times people assume their passport is still valid and discover it is not when it is too late).
