Welcome to Your Time to Fly! Whether you’re dreaming of a once-in-a-lifetime adventure or a well-earned escape, I design trips that feel personal and unforgettable — handling the details so you can focus on the experience.

To get started planning your vacation,  please fill out this form to give me a sense of where you want to go, who you are traveling with, your travel style, and what you want to experience on this trip.

Next, we will schedule a 20-30-minute Zoom call to learn more about your potential trip needs and talk about how my services work.

I offer three levels of services:

• Complimentary hotel-only booking (number of destinations/hotels quoted will be discussed on our call)
• 1-hour "pick my brain" consulting calls to provide destination guidance to those looking to book with points, use Airbnb, or book on their own ($150/hour)
• Custom personal trip planning. There is a Planning Fee associated with the creation of your personalized itinerary. During our complimentary intake call, we’ll review your travel goals and give you a clear understanding of any associated fees, which are based on the unique aspects and complexities of your custom trip request. At that time, I will quote the specific fee starting at $500.

Please note that for some of our proposals I work with suppliers who provide bundled rates without breaking down individual components. For this reason, depending on the destination and style of trip, your proposal may come as one packaged rate and itemized pricing will not be available.
