This retreat has limited availability to keep the experience personal, intentional, and deeply meaningful—just the way book-loving travel should be. If you’re ready to claim your spot, here’s everything you need to know to get started:
📝 What You’ll Need to Reserve
- A $250 non-refundable deposit per person to hold your place
- Your contact details and room preference (shared or private)
- If you're permanent residence is not in the US, be sure to notify your credit card company before paying—charges will be in USD (U.S. dollars)
💳 Payment Plans Available
We offer flexible payment options to make this retreat doable for a variety of budgets. Once your deposit is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email and details about your personalized payment schedule. You can also add flights to your plan later when they become available!
Traveler 1
Before you submit your form, please make sure to include the name of your secondary traveler if you're selecting a double occupancy room. If you don’t have a roommate yet, that’s okay—just let us know, and we’ll do our best to match you with another book-loving traveler (or we can switch you to a single room later, if needed).
You'll also see a space to enter your passport information. This is optional at this stage, but we will need it before final travel documents are issued—so feel free to skip it for now if you're still getting things in order.
