To get started, I’ll need a little information about you, your family, and your travel preferences.  Don’t worry if you don’t have all the details yet - that’s exactly what I’m here for!  The form below is designed to help me understand your vision and start creating a vacation that works for everyone.

As part of the process, I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation where we can chat about your travel dreams and answer any questions you might have.  This is also a great time for us to discuss how I can make the planning process stress-free for you.  The more I learn about your family’s needs and interests, the better I can tailor your trip!

I know life with kids can be busy, so I’m happy to work around your schedule.  I prefer to connect through a video call for a more personal touch, but if a phone call or email works better for you, we’ll make it happen.  And don’t worry if you’re in the middle of a busy day, whether you’re in PJs, chasing toddlers, or sharing your ideas over dinner, we’ll make it work.  If you need a weekend or evening appointment, just let me know in the form, and I’ll follow up with availability within two business days.
