When you retain Kate’s World Travel LLC to help plan your travel, you're hiring a professional travel advisor to ensure that your trip is tailored to your taste, preferences, and budget. You get the benefit of our skill, experience and training, our professional relationships, and our industry connections. Our Professional Services include your consultation, our research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and follow-up post-trip with suppliers (as needed).

Kate's World Travel highly recommends purchasing trip protection and it is the responsibility of the traveler to purchase trip protection for their travel. Please confirm that you have read the supplier's cancellation policies. Trip protection must be paid in full at time of deposit. By signing below, I understand that declining travel insurance could result in the loss of my travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation as well as medical costs incurred during travel. I also acknowledge that without insurance, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs or expenses incurred.
