Welcome to the Adventure Planners vacation planning form!

I am thrilled to help you plan the perfect vacation tailored just for you. I recognize that every traveler has unique interests and preferences, which is why I collect as much details as possible to deliver a personalized experience. If you don't have the answers to everything, that's okay - put your best ideas in this form. As far as what to expect with our planning process, here is an overview of the steps:

1. Trip Intake Form: You are at this stage now. This helps me better understand your request and prepare for our initial consultation.
2. Consultation Call: You'll receive a link to schedule an online meeting with me to dig into your travel preferences and trip details.
3. Propose and Revise: After learning about your preferences, I'll curate an amazing proposal for you. Once you receive it, we can tweak what we need to until it is exactly what you're looking for.
4. Approve and Confirm: Once you approve the proposal, I'll invoice you for the deposit due and confirm your trip.
5. Support and Guidance: I'll be here to help answer any questions you may have and ensure you have a wonderful vacation.

About this Form:
Please take your time and fill in as much detail as possible. If others are joining you on this trip, please register them individually by clicking "Add Additional Traveler" under Traveler 1's details. For any children/minors that will be on the trip, please use the same email address as the primary traveler.

🛂 Important Note: When registering for air or international travel, your name must match your passport exactly (or a government-issued ID for domestic trips). Nicknames or shortened versions can cause delays, errors, and extra fees.
