Please note that some of our proposals come from suppliers who provide bundled rates without breaking down individual components. This practice protects our valued partners who may have confidential, contracted rates from local vendors, and creates a seamless and holistic approach to your travel plans. Do you agree and understand that your proposal will come as one packaged rate and itemized pricing will not be available?

Please understand that while planning your trip, our primary communication will be through email, text, or scheduled phone calls. This ensures you receive the highest level of service and helps us keep track of every important detail without anything being overlooked.

As part of my planning process, a Peace of Mind Planning and Concierge Fee may apply.

All new clients receive a complimentary initial planning call and one complimentary quote for standard travel. This allows us to explore your travel goals and determine the best fit before moving forward.

Any additional revisions, alternate itineraries, or continued planning beyond the initial quote may require a planning fee, which will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

For returning clients who have previously planned with me without a fee, you are considered a trusted client. You are familiar with my planning process and value the time and care that goes into creating your travel plans. For straightforward travel requests, no planning fees will apply.

For all guests, custom European itineraries, multi-city travel, or trips requiring extensive research and coordination may incur a creation fee based on the level of detail involved. This will be reviewed together during your initial call before any planning work begins.
