A Planning and Design Fee of $100 per stateroom is required for all cruise bookings. This fee is collected before any research or trip planning begins.
When you retain Brightside Travel Co. to help plan your travel, you're hiring a professional travel advisor to ensure that your trip is tailored to your taste, preferences, and budget. You get the benefit of our skill, experience and training, our professional relationships, and our industry connections.
If you wish to cancel your booking after arrangements are confirmed, Brightside Travel Co. requires a non-refundable fee of $50 per person, per booking. While no amount is collected up front, Brightside Travel Co. requires this fee to be paid prior to submitting a cancellation request to the supplier. All cancellation fees must be submitted by all parties on the reservation if you are cancelling the total package in full before a request can be submitted to the supplier. An invoice will be submitted to each party listed on the reservation for payment. Thank you for understanding and support.
