CE in Italy & Europe 2026 Summer Cruise - Cabin Request

This form should be used to submit traveler information to request a cabin on the Star Flyer and should only be completed AFTER registering with CE in Italy & Europe for the Continuing Education meeting. Please be aware that we cannot hold a cabin without proof of confirmation of registration for the CE meeting. Completing this form does not automatically guarantee you the cabin of your choice and your card is not immediately charged. We do not have access to live inventory and must consult with Star Clippers on each new request. If your requested cabin category is no longer available, we will contact you with options before proceeding with the booking.  

The booking process will be as follows: 

• Complete and submit this form.
• Antilia Travel will confirm availability and contact you with a prelimary quote/confirmation and link to pay your deposit.
• Within 72 hours, you will need to submit your deposit and booking administration fee, and complete your online profile with Star Clippers. (Full instructions on how to do this will be provided in your confirmation email)
• If all payments are submitted and your profile is complete within 72 hours, your booking will be finalized and you will receive a booking confirmation invoice.
• If payments are not submitted or if your profile is not complete, your cabin will be released and you will need to reapply if still interested.
