Trip Request Form

For all new itineraries, I schedule an initial 30 minute consultation.  At the end of this form, you can schedule time on my calendar that is convenient for you for our initial consultation. There is no obligation if you decide not to work with me at that time.  During the consult, we will go over what to expect working with an advisor and the specifics of your trip.  I will answer any questions you have and we'll to get to know each other better.  The better I know you, the better I can meet your needs.  Video calls are my preference so that we can meet "face to face" as it were, but it is up to you.  PJ's are fine, as are kids, dogs, and all the rest.  Life happens.
