Planning Fee
To ensure every trip receives the dedicated time and care it deserves, a non-refundable $100 planning fee is required after your 30-minute Zoom consultation and before a proposal is created. This fee covers the time spent reviewing your travel form, researching and curating options, checking availability, and thoughtfully crafting a personalized proposal tailored to your travel preferences. After our consultation, you will receive a quick invoice, and once the fee is paid, I will begin designing your customized itinerary.

Goodwill Refund Policy
In some cases, the planning fee may be refunded as a goodwill gesture once your booking is confirmed. Any applicable refund will be processed through Tern to your original payment method.

Please note: If you’re hoping to travel within the next 45 days, a $50 service fee will be requested as well before I prepare your proposal itinerary. This fee allows me to devote the time and priority needed to plan your trip with care and attention, ensuring every detail of your stay is thoughtfully curated and your experience is truly unforgettable.
