Planning Fee
To give every trip the dedicated time and care it deserves, a non-refundable $100 planning fee is required before scheduling your 30-minute Zoom consultation. This fee covers the hours I spend reviewing your form, curating options, checking availability, and designing a proposal tailored to your travel preferences. Once I review your form, you’ll receive a quick invoice. As soon as the fee is paid, we’ll schedule your consultation and begin crafting your personalized itinerary.

Goodwill Refund Policy
In some cases, the planning fee may be refunded as a goodwill gesture once your booking is confirmed. Any applicable refund will be processed through Tern to your original payment method.
