Trip Request Form For 2024/2025

If you are new here, you may be wondering how this works. I'm glad you asked! (If you're a regular around here, you can skip to the good part towards the bottom of the page!) 

The first step is to fill out the Trip Request Form on the following pages. This form provides me with the information I need to research and plan your dream trip.....or just your next much-needed travel fix!

The second step is to schedule a complimentary consultation where we will discuss what you have in mind for this journey and how I can help make your dreams a reality. Or, if the thought of a call or meeting freaks you out (because social anxiety is the worst), we can absolutely converse via email. A call or meeting may help speed up the process a bit and can help us get to know each other a little better. Sometimes, it becomes apparent during a meeting that what you originally thought you wanted isn't at all what you want, and we pivot in another direction. 

If you decide to hire me, we will discuss any planning fees or Plan-To-Go Deposit that may be required for more complex, custom-made itineraries or groups.  If 5 or more rooms will be needed, please reach out to me so I know this request is for a group.  You are in control every step of the way as I collaborate with you. Once you’ve approved the perfect itinerary, we will reserve it to secure space and pricing. Between reserving the trip and when you leave on the trip, I’ll send you emails loaded with reminders, information, tips, and tricks. While on your trip, I'll send one email to check in on you and make sure everything is amazing. Upon your return, I’ll follow up to make sure the trip was amazing and send you a brief survey.
