To ensure we have everything we need to make bookings and for a smooth check-in process, please provide accurate information for yourself and any accompanying travelers. It's important that all information matches the details on each traveler's passport to avoid any issues.

I am so excited to start working with you on your customized vacation! During our complimentary consultation, we will discuss in detail what you truly want in this incredible experience.

I will ask you questions and review your answers to this form to learn more about you, the experiences you want to have, what you are celebrating, what time of year you are traveling, where you wish to go, and how to make it memorable, special and just right for YOU!

We will also discuss what role I will play as your travel concierge, my nonrefundable research and planning fee and if it's applicable to your request, and everything that is included in my high-touch service.

Once we complete the call, I will send a follow-up email with a recording of our call and what we discussed. You'll have the option to hire me, as I know you do have many options available.

If you choose to move forward, I will send you an invoice for the fee if required for your request and then get started within 24-48 hours of being hired.

Before committing to an appointment time, please consider whether you are ready to place a deposit on a reservation within 3-5 business days of receiving a proposal, should you wish to hire me. I'm so excited to meet with you and look forward to planning your vacation!
