Pricing and Fees: I’m committed to dedicating my time, expertise, and industry insight to curate a seamless, memorable, and worry-free journey for you and your family. Depending on the scope and complexity of your itinerary, a modest planning and design fee may apply. If applicable, we will discuss this prior to proceeding with planning activities. 

Please note that prices are subject to change based on availability. The initial price is not guaranteed and can change until payment is made or the booking is confirmed.

Travel Insurance: For your peace of mind, I strongly recommend travel protection for every vacation. While it isn’t required, I will include comprehensive coverage options as part of your planning materials.

• Firefly Travels, LLC, and my travel advisor, act solely as advisors and booking agents, and do not provide any actual travel-related goods or services to you.  All travel related goods and services included in your travel package are provided by third-party suppliers.
• My travel package involves services provided by third-party suppliers, including, but not limited to, airlines, flights, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and other service providers.  Each supplier has its own terms, conditions, policies, and restrictions, which I agree to review and comply with.
• Airline tickets are subject to each airline’s rules and fare conditions, which may limit or restrict changes, refunds, seat assignments, and baggage policies, regardless of whether the flights were purchased directly from the airline or as part of a package through another supplier.
• Any policies regarding cancellations, refunds, modifications, and penalties of any portion of my trip, including my flights, are subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and regulations of the third-party supplier.
• Firefly Travels, LLC, and my travel advisor, are not responsible for, and have no control or authority over the acts, omissions, terms, conditions, policies, and regulations of any third-party supplier.  Any disputes, claims, or issues must be resolved directly with the third-party supplier.
