As we begin planning your upcoming trip, a few essential details are required to ensure your bookings are accurate, efficient, and tailored to how you like to travel.
Please enter your legal name exactly as it appears on your passport (or driver’s license and/or Real ID for US domestic travel). If you don’t have a middle name on your official ID, please write “none.”
A date of birth is also increasingly required for verification purposes to complete many travel bookings.
You have the option to securely upload a photo of your passport information page. This visual check is a helpful way to ensure your information has been captured correctly. Even small errors in name spelling or birthdate can lead to denied boarding or entry, and changes aren’t always possible once tickets are issued.

New Client Engagement and Professional Fee Agreement
At Explorique, certain services or bookings may be subject to a professional fee. If a professional fee applies to your travel arrangements, it will be clearly outlined to you in advance. Please note that professional fees are non-refundable and will be separate from the cost of your travel bookings. They do not act as a deposit toward your trip.
Any applicable fees will be communicated in advance, and you may always cancel your trip inquiry before any fees are applied.
