Once we know how the number of persons within your stateroom, an email will follow with your stateroom options per occupancy.

Within this email you'll have the ability to:

• Select your stateroom.
• Authorize your required deposit, credit cards will be processed within 24hrs.

  • Please note: Deposit requirement is $125.00 per traveler (refundable)
  • Checks, please remit them to 1126 Stanford Road, Pittsburgh PA 15212, payable to TripIcare LLC.

• Learn more about the terms and conditions for cancellations and transfers.
• Learn more about the requirements for traveling without a passport and/or a minor.

Please keep in mind, our deadline date for the required deposit is January 29, 2025 with the final payment due 120 days prior to embarkation day, January 29, 2026. No exceptions can be made to this date.
