Important Travel Eligibility Notice
Travel regulations vary based on legal and governmental policies. If you have a criminal record, it is your responsibility to verify your eligibility for travel before booking. I am not a legal expert and cannot provide guidance on travel restrictions related to criminal records.
Please note:
- Cruises: Individuals listed as registered sex offenders are not permitted to cruise and may be denied boarding shortly before departure. Cruise lines enforce these regulations, and I do not receive notifications regarding individual eligibility.
- Flights: Domestic flights in the U.S. do not restrict passengers based on criminal history. However, probation or parole conditions may limit travel, and airlines can refuse service to individuals who pose a security risk. International flights may require additional screening, and some countries deny entry based on criminal records.
- International Travel: Many countries restrict entry for individuals with criminal records. Some require disclosure during visa applications, while others conduct background checks upon arrival. Countries with strict entry policies include Canada, the U.K., Japan, and China, among others.
To ensure a smooth travel experience, please check with the appropriate authorities before booking.
