In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange your travel request, a planning fee is required after the complimentary consultation.
Vacation planning involves a great deal of time and our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research destinations, tours, and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries and more. We provide our clients with peace of mind and tremendous time savings.
(Traveling Person DOES NOT book "air only" reservations. All travel must have accommodations included.)
The planning fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Getting Started...
1 - Complete the form below (computer or tablet is preferable to a phone) as thoroughly as possible to make the best use of your complimentary consultation. Your personal fees will be estimated at the time of your consultation.
2 - Submit the form and review the Fee Schedule below.

Initial Consultation: (typically done over email or 15-20 minutes by phone) | $0 Complimentary |
Packaged Itinerary: Guided Tour or 1 accommodation location, air options, insurance options, round trip transfers, excursions and location information | $100 per room/accommodation location |
Custom Itinerary: Multiple cities with 2+ accommodations, air options, insurance options, round trip transfers, excursions and location information | $200+ (Add $50 for each location/accommodation move, complexity will determine fee) |
Group Trip: 5 rooms or more (If the trip is a Traveling Person hosted trip, there is no planning fee.) | $300+ (paid by group leader) OR $100 per room/accommodation (paid by each travel party) |
Event Planning: Any event where private/event space will be required for your group (birthday dinner, family reunion room, business meeting room, etc) | $400+ (complexity will determine fee) |
Change / Cancel / Refund / Void Trip or Ticket: Client Request | $50 per person, per reservation |
Change / Cancel / Refund / Void Trip or Ticket: Supplier Request | $25 per person, per reservation |
Research Assistance Only: Planning on Self-Booking Travel | $80 per hour, 2 hour minimum |
