 You are scheduling a Group or Destination Wedding Consultation and we will delve deep into details such as the type or group, what the group wants/needs, are meeting spaces or special events needed to be scheduled, approximate number of rooms needed, destinations, dates and length of the trip, and options on how to create your group.

For Destination Weddings, we will discuss your vision for your wedding and what you want out of it. This is your special day; it should be all about you and reflect your love for each other!

I'll guide our discussion with tailored questions, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with your vision – from travel components neede to special celebrations, preferred destinations, and how we can create unforgettable memories. Additionally, we'll explore my role as your dedicated travel consultant, as well as the options for my Group Planning/Concierge Fee, should you. Rest assured, I'll provide a comprehensive overview of the premium and personalized services included in our collaboration. You'll receive a detailed follow-up email summarizing our discussion following our consultation. If you decide to proceed, I'll promptly issue an invoice for the Planning Fee, if applicable. Before scheduling our appointment, please consider your readiness to create a group and pay any deposits that may be due by the supplier(s) within 5-7 business days of receiving a proposal.
