Please note that since we typically only offer 4-5 star accommodations, we work best with those that are looking at investing $2,500 or more on their vacation.  This insures that you have the best possible vacation value for your hard earned money and time.

**Planning Fees**

Starting January 1, 2026, there will be a non-refundable planning fee of $50 for up to 6 people, or $250 for larger parties. Here’s why: planning the perfect cruise or all-inclusive getaway takes real time—researching the right ship or resort for your style, hunting down the best values, coordinating all those booking details, and being there to answer your questions along the way. This fee lets me give each trip the attention it deserves without rushing through the process.
