The form below is for you if: 

• You have already chosen your 4 -5 star hotel and just want to take advantage of our amazing perks, rates, and service 
• You know who will be traveling with you and how many rooms you need

Please complete as much as you can of this form so I can get to know you better and learn more about what you have in mind. I will be in touch via the email provided within 2 working days from the time you have submitted the request to discuss your vacation and set up a call if needed. My working days are Monday - Thursday. If you submit this request Friday - Sunday, I will gladly review your preferences and email you by the following Tuesday. Thank you!
