When you retain Brightside Travel Co. to help plan your travel, you're hiring a professional travel advisor to ensure that your trip is tailored to your taste, preferences, and budget. You get the benefit of our skill, experience and training, our professional relationships, and our industry connections. My Disney/ Universal clients receive assistance with researching accommodations, price monitoring after deposits are made, assistance with dining reservations, important updates pertaining to their trip, securing strollers and transportation, and also receive valuable advice to ensure they have the best possible experience before, during and after their vacation.

Due to the time and effort required for my  proposals, Brightside Travel Co. collects a $25 Proposal Fee on Universal vacations. This fee includes a quote for up to 3 resorts, for the same set of dates. Should changes be requested after the initial proposal, an additional $25 fee will be collected.  

This amount is collected PRIOR to beginning my research.

Please note our updated cancelation policy as of 1/1/24:

If you wish to cancel your booking after arrangements are confirmed, Brightside Travel Co. requires a non-refundable fee of $25 per person per booking. While no amount is collected up front, Brightside Travel Co. requires this fee to be paid prior to submitting a cancellation request to the supplier. All cancellation fees must be submitted by all parties on the reservation if you are cancelling the total package in full before a request can be submitted to the supplier. An invoice will be submitted to each party listed on the reservation for payment. Thank you for understanding and support.
