TRAVEL DESIGN FEE & COMPENSATION The Wandering Vine Travel charges a non-refundable travel design fee, determined by the scope and complexity of your trip — including the number of travelers, destinations, duration, and time until departure. This fee reflects the time, care, and expertise that go into researching and designing your fully customized travel experience. It ensures that each journey receives the thoughtful attention and tailored recommendations it deserves. Our advisors are compensated through this design fee, along with commissions received from hotels and other travel partners after travel is completed. These commissions do not increase the price you pay — they’re simply part of our transparent approach to how we’re compensated for the time and care devoted to your journey.
