To make your reunion trip even smoother, I can arrange your flights and to and from the resort. Flight info becomes availble about 364 days prior to the return date so there may be some time until we can book them. The transfers are already included in the pricing, however, flights are not.

3. One Final Payment

Pay the full remaining balance in one lump sum by the due date.

While no one anticipates problems, Travel Protection provides peace of mind and ensures you’re not left handling unexpected expenses on your own. Once an itinerary has been selected, Black Diamond Travels will provide pricing for Travel Protection within 48 hours. Clients are expected to review the options and make a decision—to accept, decline, or choose an alternative plan. Responsibility for this decision rests with the client.
