Please understand that while planning your trip, our primary communication will be through email, or scheduled phone/Zoom calls. This ensures you receive the highest level of service and helps us keep track of every important detail without anything being overlooked.

During our complimentary intake call, we’ll review your travel goals and give you a clear understanding of any associated fees, which are based on the unique aspects and complexities of your custom trip request.
