Travel Planning Fees Disclosure

To ensure you have the best personalized travel experience, I charge the following planning fees:

Once deposited, you will receive a $50.00 Dining Savings voucher, which can be used for savings on dining, museums & other items.

These fees cover the extensive time and effort of researching, planning, and creating your dream vacation. From the initial planning session until you return from your travels, you will receive my VIP services to ensure every detail is perfect. I handle all issues that may arise before, during, or after your travel.

• Initial Consultation: $0 (Free 15-20 Phone/Zoom Call)
• Follow planning calls or meetings: $0
• Ocean Cruises: $25.00
• All-Inclusive Resorts: $25.00
• Stand Alone Airfare - Domestic $25.00 / International $75.00
• Airfare as part of a travel package: $0
• Europe Travel (including river cruises): $45
• Luxury Travel: $125.00 - Includes white glove VIP travel concierge services

• Group Travel: $45 per Group of 10-20, $60 per Group of 20-40, $80 per Group of 40-80, $100 per Group of 80-100, $125 per Group of 100+  (Fees are waived for any fundraising cruises)
• Change Fees: $15.00, in addition to supplier penalties post booking. 4 pre-deposit proposal revisions at $0 after the 4th revision, there is a $10 fee.
•  Client Trip Cancellation Fee: $35.00 (Domestic, Cruise or All-Inclusive Resort) & $50.00 (International) this in addition to any supplier penalties. The fee is per person on the booking for any travel cancelled by the client once the deposit has been made.

• Once you are an established client, fees are subject to be waived after 2 or more trips.
