Price per Traveler
Standard Room - $3,695 USD per person
Upgraded Room - $3,850 USD per person

*$200 Early Bird Discount for bookings completed by December 15!

Payment Schedule - 3 installments
Payment 1: $100 per person is due at time of booking to save your spot. This deposit will be applied toward the final balance of your trip. If the trip is cancelled, you can apply this deposit to any future itinerary or travel experience with Vacationeeze.
Payment 2: A deposit (approximately 50% of your trip cost) is due March 1, 2026
Payment 3: Final balance is due July 1, 2026.

Cancellation policy:
Your $100 per person deposit may be used as a credit for any future itinerary or travel experience managed by Vacationeeze should your trip be cancelled. All subsequent amounts paid are non-refundable. All cancellations are non-refundable and result in the forfeiture of any payments made. The minimum number of travelers for this trip is 14. If 14 travelers do not book by March 1, 2026, the itinerary will be cancelled or rescheduled.

Itinerary Subject to Change
In case of circumstances beyond the operators’ control, the itinerary may be adjusted, but will offer equivalent quality experiences.

Health and Mobility Considerations
Participants should be in good physical condition as some activities require moderate walking. If you have mobility restrictions or need special accommodations, please inform us in advance to confirm if accommodations are possible for your needs.

Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events, is not included in this itinerary package and is required. If your credit card does not include this coverage, request a quote from your trip manager listed on the right for a protection plan.

Weather Conditions
Weather may impact outdoor activities. In case of adverse weather, alternative arrangements will be made.

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 USD to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward the final balance of your trip. If the trip is cancelled, you can apply this deposit to any future itinerary or travel experience with Vacationeeze.
• 50% Deposit due: March 1, 2026
• Final Payment Due: July 1, 2026.
