What to Expect After Submitting Your Booking Request

1. Cabin Hold Confirmation
Once we receive your submission, we will place a hold on a cabin for you and a member of The Travel Scouts team will email you the details. Be sure to watch for an email ending in @thetravelscouts.com. Please note- you will have 48 HOURS to authorize your deposit after you received your cabin hold. If we do not receive your deposit within that time frame, your cabin hold will cancel.

2. Automated Emails from Tern Travel
You’ll also receive automated emails from Tern Travel, the secure online platform we use to process quotes, bookings, and payments.

3. IMPORTANT- Don't forget
When filling out this form, please make sure you select a cabin type (if multiple options to choose from) and don't forget to add the additional guest's information. Failing to do this will result in a delay in reserving your cabin.
