Trip Request/Client Intake/Terms
Thank you so much for allowing Sojourney Travel to help plan your next adventure. Please take a few minutes to provide as much information as you can about the trip you'd like us to create for you and who will be traveling. (If you are not requesting an international destination, or if you don't have passports yet, you can skip that section.)
Please provide the LEGAL FIRST and LAST NAME, GENDER, and BIRTHDAY of each guest. Be sure to provide first and last names EXACTLY how they appear on government issued photo IDs/passports.
Please select "+Add Additional Contact" for each traveler attending the trip. We cannot provide accurate options and pricing without these details.
Any changes to names once reservations are booked will result in charges by the supplier/operator. These charges may result in a name change fee or repricing of all components at current pricing.

Client Agreement: When you retain Sojourney Travel to help plan your travel, you're hiring a professional travel advisor to ensure that your trip is tailored to your taste, preferences, and budget. You get the benefit of our skill, experience and training, our professional relationships, and our industry connections. Our Professional Service covers your consultation, our research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and follow-up post-trip with suppliers (as needed).
