- Cruises: Individuals listed as registered sex offenders are not permitted to cruise and may be denied boarding shortly before departure. Cruise lines enforce these regulations, and I do not receive notifications regarding individual eligibility.

However, probation or parole conditions may limit travel, and airlines can refuse service to individuals who pose a security risk.
