• My Role: I research, recommend, and book travel through trusted suppliers, acting as your travel advisor—not the supplier itself.
• Your Role: You provide accurate information, review documents, meet deadlines, and stay in communication.
• Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended! If you decline, you accept the risks (cancellations, delays, emergencies, etc.).
• Supplier Policies: All bookings follow the rules of cruise lines, airlines, hotels, etc. Fun Luv’n Travel is not liable for changes they make.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Governed by the supplier’s policies. I’ll assist, but I don’t control those decisions.
• Liability: My liability is limited to the commission I earn on your booking. I am not responsible for losses caused by third-party changes, delays, or disruptions.
• Communication: Email is our primary method—please keep yours current and respond promptly. However a call can be scheduled.
