When you retain Brightside Travel Co. to help plan your travel, you're hiring a professional travel advisor to ensure that your trip is tailored to your taste, preferences, and budget. You get the benefit of our skill, experience and training, our professional relationships, and our industry connections. My Disney/ Universal clients receive assistance with researching accommodations, price monitoring after deposits are made, assistance with dining reservations, securing strollers and transportation, and also receive valuable advice to ensure they have the best possible experience before, during and after their vacation.
Please note:
As a travel advisor, my work is commission-based, meaning I am only compensated once my clients actually travel. Over the years, I’ve invested countless hours creating detailed proposals, only to see travelers take that research and book on their own. To better serve my clients while also valuing my time, effective January 1, 2024, I will be offering one complimentary Disney vacation quote for a specific set of dates. This initial quote will include three resort options.
If you’d like additional proposals, updated options, or alternative dates, a $25 planning fee will apply before I proceed with a revised proposal.
For Ticket-only/Room Only clients who want their reservations fully serviced (dining included), the collected amount is $300 per booking. This amounts are collected PRIOR to beginning my research.
If you wish to cancel your booking after arrangements are confirmed, Brightside Travel Co. requires a non-refundable fee of $25 per person booking.
While no amount is collected up front, Brightside Travel Co. requires this fee to be paid prior to submitting a cancellation request to the supplier. All cancellation fees must be submitted by all parties on the reservation if you are cancelling the total package in full before a request can be submitted to the supplier. An invoice will be submitted to each party listed on the reservation for payment. Thank you for understanding and support.
