Alyssa + Jacob's Wedding Registration Form
To secure your spot within their reserved room block, please complete the registration form below. Be sure to enter all traveler details exactly as they appear on your passports — this is essential for accurate booking and to avoid any hotel issues.
Once your form is submitted, the Aisle + Away Travel Co. team will prepare a personalized quote and send it to the email address you provide. Each quote is valid for 7 days only. If a deposit is not placed within that timeframe, your room will be released and may be offered to the next guest ready to confirm.
We strongly encourage guests to place deposits as early as possible. This helps Alyssa + Jake know whether they will need to expand their room block to accommodate additional guests — and ensures you don’t miss out on the room category you want.
Payment, Change and Cancel Deadlines
Deposit Due: $200 non-refundable deposit due ASAP
50% Balance Due: December 1, 2025
Final Balance Due: February 1, 2026
Date and Name Changes Due: February 1, 2026
Cancel by February 1, 2026: $200 deposit penalty
Cancel February 2, 2026 and beyond: 100% penalty
