Traveler Information

Use full name as it appears on the travel identification document that will be used while traveling (passport, driver's license, etc.).  Full name MUST match the travel ID exactly including middle name if applicable.  If you are going through a name change, please let me know.  

Provide Loyalty Program Numbers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and Known Traveler Number (TSA PreCheck, Global Entry, etc.) if applicable.  

Reminder that beginning May 7, 2025, to board domestic flights, travelers 18 years or older will need a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or identification card, or another acceptable form of ID, such as a U.S. passport.  

If you don’t have a passport yet or it is not required for your vacation, please feel free to skip that section.   You will be given another opportunity 45 days prior to travel to provide your passport details if needed.   

Note: If a passport is required for your vacation, please make sure it does not expire within 6 months after your anticipated travel dates.  If it does you will need to renew your passport prior to traveling.

• Your First and Middle names are your Given Names
• Full name MUST match the passport exactly including middle name if applicable for all ticketed bookings
• You can upload your passport information by taking a photo of your passport with your phone and it will autofill some or all the information fields for you. Please review any imported information closely to make sure all fields are correct and completed.
