Northern Lights with Lauren – Winter 2026/2027
Chase the Northern Lights in Iceland
Interested in seeing the Northern Lights in Iceland?
I’m curating a small-group trip to Iceland in late 2026 / early 2027, timed for peak aurora season. This trip is designed for travelers who want to experience Iceland’s winter landscapes without the stress of planning logistics, navigating winter driving, or rushing through highlights.

The itinerary will focus on Iceland’s most iconic sights, including the Golden Circle, Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, and several of the country’s most impressive waterfalls. We’ll visit geothermal hot springs like the Blue Lagoon, explore glacier and coastal scenery, and spend our evenings watching for Northern Lights when conditions allow.
Why Iceland in winter?
Iceland is one of the best places in the world to see the Northern Lights thanks to its northern latitude, minimal light pollution, and reliable winter darkness. Winter also brings fewer crowds, dramatic snowy landscapes, and a quieter pace that makes it easier to experience the country’s natural highlights.

Why small-group travel?
Traveling in a small group allows for more flexibility around weather and road conditions, which is especially important in winter. It also means a more relaxed pace, easier logistics, and a more personal experience without the structure of a large tour group.
I’ll handle accommodations, transportation, and on-the-ground planning so you can focus on the experience itself.
