Trip Management Agreement

This agreement outlines the responsibilities and expectations of both parties.  Kingdom Travel agrees to provide travel planning services to the Client, including but not limited to:

1. Trip Research and Planning: The Agency will research and plan destinations and itineraries based on the Client's request.
2. Booking and Payment Processing: The Agency will book travel arrangements based the Client's approval and process timely payments on the Client's behalf.
3. Trip Management: The Agency will monitor and confirm itinerary components and provide final travel documents prior to departure.
4. Customer Support: The Agency will provide customer support before, during, and after the trip to address any issues or concerns.
5. Confidentiality: The Agency agrees to keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without the Client's consent.
