Open Windows Travel custom curates all itineraries based on client needs and wishes. Due to the amount of time allocated to the research, design and customization of each proposal, there is a planning fee due prior to a proposal being compiled, created and/or presented. By moving forward and scheduling a call, you agree and understand that you will be quoted a planning fee based on the intricacies of your specific trip. Our planning fees start at $150 per trip and will be discussed further during your initial trip consultation call.
