TRAVEL DESIGN FEE & COMMISSIONS:

Alair Travel charges a non-refundable travel design fee, calculated based on the trip's complexity, including factors such as the number of stops, travelers, duration, and time until departure.

This fee covers the time spent researching, preparing, and designing your fully customized travel experience and is not contingent upon trip completion.

Our designers are compensated through this design fee as well as commissions received from hotels and other travel service providers after travel. This does not affect the price you pay, but we believe in being transparent about how we are compensated for our services.

AIRBNB / VRBO / POINTS:

Due to insurance and liability policies, Alair Travel cannot book accommodations through Airbnb, VRBO, or similar services, nor can we book flights or accommodations using reward points.

All accommodations must be booked through Alair Travel to ensure a seamless travel experience and access to exclusive perks and amenities not available when booking with points or rewards. 

We offer a carefully curated portfolio of serviced residences, villas, and private stays that meet our high standards of service and quality.

Clients may choose to book their own flights using points, but this must be communicated at the start of the planning process so we can coordinate the remainder of the itinerary accordingly.

PACKAGE PRICING:

At Alair Travel, we work with vetted and trusted travel partners to create seamless travel experiences. When designing full itineraries, many of our partners offer packaged rates to protect their privately negotiated contracts, which means we cannot break down the price of each individual trip component. This is standard across the industry to ensure you get the best possible rates and services.
